The "Dinner date" of Cheese 2011

Sunday 18th of September don’t miss a very special date on Sunday at the Real Castello di Verduno. Matt Jennings, a young chef from Rhode Island, will be cooking up an authentic American-style barbecue with all the classic sides: cornbread, creamy coleslaw and crispy roasted potatoes. Artisanal beers from California, Oregon, Maryland and Colorado will serve as the perfect sparring partners to the flavorful dishes.

Monday 19th of September we will have “Au Chapeau Rouge”, of Chinon as guestand the chef Christophe Duguin will prepare a special dinner with typical ingredients from the Loira region.
